Step 1: Soak the Cashews

- Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender or food processor. Add parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.

- Blend everything until a smooth and creamy texture forms. Gradually add water to adjust the thickness as needed.

Step 5: Taste and Adjust
- Taste the chimichurri and adjust seasoning. Add more salt, acidity, or spice according to your preference.
