  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp onion or shallot finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano optional
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Step 1
  1. Wash and dry the parsley, then finely chop it.
